My name is Skylar Sanderson-Gray, I have been a licensed massage therapist for nearly a decade. The goal I have as your therapist is to customize each session based on what you're in need of specifically. Not every body is the exact same when it involves their individual needs and goals, this is no different when it comes to receiving a massage. I utilize a few modalities including, but not limited to, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and isolated stretching.
